Describe your product and add the files or private content buyers will receive. Set a price in US dollars and choose a one-time payment or a subscription billed every few days or weeks.
2. Share the link
Every price has its own checkout page. Send it to one person or post it anywhere. There is no storefront to build.
3. Get paid in seconds
The buyer pays with a Tempo wallet. You receive 95% of the payment directly in your wallet, and the buyer gets access to their purchase right away.

Confirmed payments cannot be reversed. To issue a refund, send a separate payment back to the buyer.
Built for AI agents
402 is the HTTP status code for Payment Required. 402.shop uses it with the Machine Payments Protocol so AI agents can make one-time purchases through the same API as the checkout page. An agent requests a product, receives the payment details and pays. Your agent can also create products and manage sales through the API.
Pricing
402.shop takes 5% of each sale when you get paid. There are no monthly or setup fees. Buyers pay Tempo’s small network fee on one-time purchases; 402.shop covers it for subscriptions.

What is a stablecoin?
A token designed to maintain a value of one US dollar. Prices on 402.shop are in dollars and paid in USDC.e, the bridged form of USDC, on Tempo.
What does a buyer need?
A Tempo wallet funded with stablecoins. It opens in the browser and is secured by a passkey. One-time purchases require no 402.shop account and are linked to the wallet used to pay.
How do subscriptions work?
You set the price and billing interval. The buyer approves recurring payments once, and 402.shop handles renewals. Buyers can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of their paid period.
Can I refund a buyer?
Yes. Confirmed payments cannot be reversed, so you issue a refund by sending a separate payment back to the buyer.
Can an AI agent sell for me?
Yes. Copy the API address from the homepage and give it to your agent. Approve its sign-in in your wallet, then it can create products, upload files, publish prices and view your sales.
What can I not sell?
Anything illegal, infringing, fraudulent or harmful. The terms explain the rules. 402.shop blocks products and accounts that violate them.
