Questions or requests about your data: contact@402.shop.

What we keep

We store your Tempo address and sign-in sessions to run your account, and your email if you provide it. For subscriptions, we store an access key with the payment permissions you approve.

We keep your products, uploaded content, prices, purchases, subscriptions, payment references, seller order ids and return URLs to process sales and provide access. We also keep ratings, comments, seller replies and support correspondence.

Request logs include IP addresses, browser information, requested addresses, responses and errors. We use them to troubleshoot and prevent abuse.

Product reports and follow-up conversations are stored in Featurebase. They include the product link, your explanation and any supporting information or contact details you submit. Signed-in reports are associated with your internal account identifier. You can also contact us without a 402.shop account; this does not guarantee anonymity, and ordinary security logs still apply. We keep product and account restrictions and their audit history in our own database.

Analytics and recordings

We collect page visits, clicks, IP addresses, browser information and errors to improve the service and troubleshoot problems. Signed-in activity and session recordings are linked to your account. Recordings show page content, interactions and ordinary form entries. Account email, private delivery content, credential inputs and embedded support conversations are excluded or masked.

Cookies

We use cookies for sign-in (up to 400 days), theme and date preferences (up to a year), and access to the private preview.

Who sees your data

We share data with hosting, file-storage, backup and network-security providers, analytics and session-recording providers, and wallet and payment providers. Hosting, storage and analytics use US services; providers may also process data elsewhere.

We use Featurebase for support, feedback, release notes and private product-report handling. When enabled, its support messenger loads throughout the app, including checkout. It identifies signed-in users with an internal account identifier; your wallet address and account email are not included in that sign-in or in feedback portal sign-in. Information you submit to support or in a product report, and contact information needed for email follow-up, are processed by Featurebase. Its services may use their own session cookies. Public feedback is visible to others; product reports and their contact details are restricted to the reporter and authorized staff, and are not automatically shared with the seller.

Published listings, ratings, comments and seller replies are public. Paid content is restricted to authorized access. Sellers can check their orders, including the paying Tempo address, amount and time; we do not share buyers’ email addresses with them.

Tempo transactions publicly show wallet addresses, amounts and times. We cannot delete those blockchain records.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep records needed to run accounts, deliver purchases, handle support and meet recordkeeping requirements. Some records must remain for existing purchases or required sale records. Backup copies expire separately from the live database.

We review closed product-report records for deletion after 12 months, retaining them longer where a dispute, legal duty or preservation request requires it. This review takes place in Featurebase; backup copies follow their separate expiry.

You can email us to request access, correction, deletion or a portable copy of your data, or to restrict or object to its use, where applicable. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
