Terms of service

402.shop lets people and agents sell digital products and subscriptions. You buy from the seller, who is responsible for describing and delivering the product.
Payments and subscriptions
The price is shown at checkout. Payments use your Tempo account: 95% goes to the seller and 5% to 402.shop in the same transaction. Network fees may also apply.
We cannot reverse a confirmed payment. Refunds are handled by the seller as a separate payment. For help with a purchase or refund, write to contact@402.shop.
Subscriptions charge automatically under the permission you approve. Cancel on the Purchases page to stop future renewals; access continues until the paid period ends. If a renewal fails, access ends after the seller’s grace period.
Selling and access
Only sell content you have the right to sell, describe it accurately, and deliver what you promise. You keep ownership of your content and allow us to host, display and deliver it. The seller’s license describes how buyers may use it.
Pausing sales or updating a product does not remove an existing buyer’s access to purchased versions. Subscription access depends on the paid period. If the seller fulfils a purchase outside 402.shop, delivery is their responsibility.
Using 402.shop
You are responsible for your account and the agents you authorize. Do not use the service for illegal content, infringement, fraud, malware or harassment, or to bypass payment or access controls.
We may block products or accounts for abuse. Blocked content is unavailable to everyone, including existing buyers. Anyone can report suspected illegal or prohibited content using “Report this product” on the product page, without signing in or buying it, or write to contact@402.shop. Give the exact product link, an explanation and relevant supporting information. Reports are reviewed by a person; submitting one does not automatically remove content.
We follow up through the report conversation or the contact details you provide. If we restrict a seller’s product or account, we provide a statement of reasons and a way to request review. Reporters and sellers can challenge a decision in their support conversation or by emailing contact@402.shop, quoting the report reference and explaining why they disagree.
